Aurora House is here to support women who are rebuilding their lives after trafficking, exploitation, or abuse. If you are seeking safety, need a confidential place to stay, or want to discuss whether Aurora House is the right fit, we are here to help.
Our home is located at a confidential address in East Toronto and can currently accommodate up to seven adults, including mothers with young children, at a time. All inquiries are handled with care, respect, and strict privacy to protect the safety and dignity of every resident.
Who We Support
Aurora House provides transitional housing and wraparound support to women who:
Have experienced human trafficking, exploitation, or gender-based violence
Are over 18 years old [children 12 and under may reside at Aurora House with their parent/legal guardian]
Are able to live independently and collaboratively in a shared home
Are motivated to take steps toward stability, recovery, and long-term housing
Can participate in case management, safety planning, and community programming

What We Offer
Residents at Aurora House receive:
Safe, confidential housing for up to one year
Personalized case management and safety planning
Support navigating legal, immigration, and healthcare systems
Life skills coaching (budgeting, employment preparation, daily living)
Connections to mental-health supports and community programs
Access to food, clothing, transportation assistance, and basic needs
A compassionate environment where women can heal, rebuild, and plan for the future
