TYPES OF TRAFFICKING

Exploitation today has many faces and names. Slavery, Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. There is no universally agreed upon definition for human trafficking. What is clear is that slavery does exist, there are still people who are being bought and sold and are treated as the property of another. Human trafficking is a modern term for this type of exploitation. But not all human trafficking is slavery and not all exploitation should be defined as trafficking. What is certain is that millions of people are being exploited. Below is a list of the various types of trafficking and exploitative crime that are being committed:
